LTM has deployed 1,500 ServiceNow AI Agents across its operations, with the ServiceNow Super Intelligence Control Tower providing centralised oversight of AI inventory and risk
ServiceNow and LTM announced an expanded partnership on Wednesday to scale agentic AI deployment for enterprises, combining the ServiceNow AI Platform with LTM’s domain and technology expertise.
The companies aim to help businesses move agentic AI programs beyond isolated pilots toward governed, enterprise-wide adoption. LTM, an Elite ServiceNow Partner, will serve as a “client-zero” reference case, drawing on its own internal deployment to shape joint solutions and go-to-market programs targeting more than 700 shared customers.

LTM has deployed 1,500 ServiceNow AI Agents across its operations, with the ServiceNow Super Intelligence Control Tower providing centralised oversight of AI inventory and risk. The company expects up to an 80 per cent improvement in AI asset management efficiency as a result.
Internally, ServiceNow solutions are already delivering measurable outcomes for LTM across cybersecurity, HR, and IT functions, including up to 87 per cent faster senior management review cycles and reduced IT ticket volumes.

Krishnan Iyer, Chief Growth Officer at LTM, said the partnership would help enterprises translate AI experimentation into tangible business impact by pairing the ServiceNow platform with LTM’s engineering and transformation capabilities.
Kulmeet Bawa, GVP and Managing Director at ServiceNow India and SAARC, highlighted governance as a central concern, noting that each AI agent represents a new enterprise identity requiring visibility and accountability. The Super Intelligence Control Tower addresses that need, he said.
